Ingredients
  

  • 4 bagels (halved)
  • ½ cup pizza or spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese any shredded cheese works
  • sprinkle garlic powder (optional)
  • 16 slices pepperoni (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat Air Fryer: Set your air fryer to 350°F (190°C) and preheat for 2 minutes.
  2. Assemble Pizza Bagels: Lay bagel halves on a flat surface. Spread about 1 tablespoon of sauce on each bagel half. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella on each half. Add pepperoni or desired toppings (optional). Lightly sprinkle garlic powder (optional).
  3. Cook in Air Fryer: Place bagel halves in the air fryer basket in a single layer. (You may need to work in batches.) Air fry at 350°F for 4-5 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Serve: Remove from the air fryer carefully and let cool slightly. Enjoy!

Don't have an air fryer? You can cook these pizza bagels in the over or toaster oven at 350°F for 5-8 minutes or until the cheese is brown on top.
