  • ½ cup black cherries
  • ½ cup black berries
  • cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 medium banana
  • ½ cup water can substitute with any milk
  • ½ cup ice optional

Instructions
 

  • Add to blender: Place the black cherries, blackberries, banana, Greek yogurt, and water (or milk) into your blender. If desired, add a handful of ice cubes for a thicker texture.
  • Blend on high for about 60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
