Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk can substitute water
  • ½ cup ice cubes (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Blend for a minute or until smooth and creamy.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Add tsp of honey if needed for sweetness.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!
