- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 banana
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup milk can substitute water
- ½ cup ice cubes (optional)
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Blend for a minute or until smooth and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness if needed. Add tsp of honey if needed for sweetness.
