Ingredients

  • 2 flatbreads (pizza style)
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp hot and honey sauce
  • 1 tbsp butter (for scrambled eggs)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Equipment

  • Nonstick skillet
  • Baking pan

Method

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F and place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
  2. Cook the Bacon: Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and crumble once cooled.
  3. Scramble the Eggs: In a bowl, whisk the eggs with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add the eggs and gently scramble until soft and just set. Remove from heat.
  4. Assemble the Breakfast Pizza: Divide the scrambled eggs evenly over the flatbread. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
  5. Bake: Bake for 6–8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the flatbread are crispy.
  6. Add Hot Honey: Remove from the oven and drizzle hot honey over the pizza. Slice and serve immediately.
