- Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F and place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
- Cook the Bacon: Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and crumble once cooled.
- Scramble the Eggs: In a bowl, whisk the eggs with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Heat butter in a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Add the eggs and gently scramble until soft and just set. Remove from heat.
- Assemble the Breakfast Pizza: Divide the scrambled eggs evenly over the flatbread. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Bake: Bake for 6–8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges of the flatbread are crispy.
- Add Hot Honey: Remove from the oven and drizzle hot honey over the pizza. Slice and serve immediately.
