Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 3-4 tbsp water (as needed)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add dates, oats, protein powder, and cocoa powder to a food processor.
  2. Blend until the mixture becomes crumbly.
  3. Add 1 tbsp of water at a time and blend until the mixture sticks together.
  4. Roll into small balls and place on a plate.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to firm up.
