Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast (diced)
  • 3 cups cooked pasta (like rotini or penne), cooled
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 bell pepper, diced (any color)
  • ½ cucumber, sliced or diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken and cooled pasta.
  2. Add the bell pepper, cucumber, and cherry tomatoes.
  3. Pour in the Caesar dressing and toss everything until well coated.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  6. Optional: Top with grated Parmesan, croutons, or romaine for extra crunch.
