  • 1 cup cherries (frozen)
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup milk (of your choice)
  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder Optional
  • ½ cup ice Optional

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Notes:
If using fresh cherries, you will want to add the half cup of ice.
