Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk)
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup

Method
 

  1. In a bowl or jar, mix chia seeds, protein powder, and cocoa powder.
  2. Add almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Stir well.
  3. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened.
  5. Enjoy as is or top with berries, nuts, or dark chocolate shavings!
