Method
- In a bowl or jar, mix chia seeds, protein powder, and cocoa powder.
- Add almond milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup. Stir well.
- Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until thickened.
- Enjoy as is or top with berries, nuts, or dark chocolate shavings!
