Ingredients
  

  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 3 bananas (mashed)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
  3. Add eggs and cake mix to the bananas and stir until well combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
