Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add eggs and cake mix to the bananas and stir until well combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
