Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease or line a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and cinnamon.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in butter, sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into the loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean (a few moist crumbs are okay).
  8. Let cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
