Ingredients
  

  • cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Whisk wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat together the oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry mixtures. Stir until smooth and don’t overmix.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips gently with a spatula or spoon.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
