- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
- Whisk wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat together the oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures. Stir until smooth and don’t overmix.
- Fold in chocolate chips gently with a spatula or spoon.
- Pour batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
