Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ cup mashed banana (1/2 of a medium banana)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt

Equipment

  • Air Fryer

Method

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, cinnamon
  2. Mix Wet Ingredients: Add mashed banana, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms. If the dough is too dry, add a small amount of water or additional Greek yogurt, 1 tsp at a time.
  3. Shape Donut Holes: Scoop out about 1–1.5 tablespoons of dough and roll into small balls using your hands. Place the donut holes on a parchment-lined plate or tray.
  4. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
  5. Cook Donut Holes: Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking. Arrange donut holes in a single layer, leaving space between each piece. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking. The donut holes should be golden brown on the outside.
  6. Cool and Serve: Let the donut holes cool slightly before serving. Optionally, dust with cinnamon or powdered sweetener for extra flavor.
