  • ½ cup protein rolled oats
  • cup cup milk of choice
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • ½ banana, mashed (medium size)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a small ramekin or oven-safe dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the banana, then stir in milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
  3. Add oats, protein powder, baking powder, and cinnamon, mixing until well combined.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips
  5. Pour the mixture into the ramekin and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until set and golden.
  6. Let cool slightly and enjoy!
