- Heat the oven to 350°F and line 9X13 pan with parchment or grease

- Add the flour, baking soda, and salt and stir until the dough comes together.

- Spread the dough in the pan and smooth the top.
- Bake about 25 to 30 minutes until the center is set but still soft.
