Cook for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown on all sides. Remove the cooked bites and repeat with the remaining bread cubes, adding more butter if needed.
Coat the bites: While the bites are still warm, toss them in the cinnamon-sugar coating mixture until evenly coated.
