  • cups all-purpose flour
  • tsp baking powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Fruity Pebbles cereal

Method
 

  1. Preheat your Belgian waffle maker and lightly grease it.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined (do not overmix).
  5. Gently fold in the Fruity Pebbles.
  6. Pour about ½ cup of batter into the waffle maker and cook according to the manufacturer’s instructions (usually 3-5 minutes until golden brown and crisp).
  7. Serve warm with syrup, whipped cream, or extra Fruity Pebbles on top.
