- Prep the pan: In a large frying pan with a lid, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add honey, garlic powder and water: Stir in the honey, garlic powder and water, then place the corn in the pan. Turn to coat.
- Steam the corn: Cover with a lid and steam over medium heat for 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until corn is tender.
- Finish and serve: Uncover, increase heat slightly, and cook another 2–3 minutes, turning the corn to let the honey garlic glaze slightly caramelize.
- Season and garnish: Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and garnish as desired. Serve hot.
