Ingredients
  

  • 2 kiwis, ripe, peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop protein powder (30g vanilla or unflavored works best)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)
  • handful of ice

Method
 

  1. Add kiwi, banana, protein powder, almond milk, and ice to a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth.
  3. Taste and add honey if needed.
  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy.
