Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup diced mango fresh or frozen
  • cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 scoop protein powder vanilla or unflavored works best
  • ½ cup water adjust for desired consistency

Method
 

  1. Prepare your ingredients: Peel the banana and dice the mango if it’s not pre-cut.
  2. Add to blender: In a blender, combine the banana, mango, Greek yogurt, protein powder, and water.
  3. Blend until smooth: Blend on high for about 1 minute, or until the mixture is creamy and smooth. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of water and blend again.
  4. Serve: Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
