Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla works best)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon (optional)

Method
 

  1. In a mason jar or bowl, mix the oats, protein powder, cinnamon, and chia seeds (if using).
  2. Add the milk, maple syrup, and brown sugar. Stir well until fully combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours).
  4. Stir before eating, and add a splash of milk if needed. Microwave for 60 seconds if you want to warm up.
