Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp  all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ tbsp granulated sugar
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp skim milk can substitute any milk or milk alternative
  • 1 tbsp oil can substitute with melted butter
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
For the Crumb Topping
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp melted butter

Method
 

  1. Prepare the Batter: In a small bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Prepare the Crumb Topping: In a separate bowl, combine the flour, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Add the melted butter and mix with a fork until crumbs form.
  3. Assemble: Pour the batter into a greased 16-ounce ramekin or mug. Sprinkle the crumb topping evenly over the batter.
  4. Cook: Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until the cake is set and the topping is golden brown.
  5. Serve: Let the cake cool slightly before digging in and enjoying your treat!

Notes

Optional Cooking Method: Microwave the cake for about 1 minute and 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on your microwave's power.
