Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup waffle mix
  • 1 scoop whey protein (30 g)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup oil
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blackberries

Method
 

  1. Preheat your waffle iron.
  2. In a bowl, mix the waffle mix, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla.
  3. Add the oil and water. Stir until smooth. Batter should be thick but pourable.
  4. Gently fold in the berries.
  5. Lightly grease the waffle iron and add batter.
  6. Cook until golden and crisp.
  7. Serve warm.
