Oatmeal Protein Bars

These 5-Ingredient Oatmeal Protein Bars are a perfect no-fuss, high-protein snack! Made with protein oats, cherry berry preserves, and maple syrup, they’re soft, chewy, and naturally sweetened. Great for meal prep or a quick energy boost!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups protein rolled oats
  • ½ cup protein powder
  • ½ cup cherry berry preserves
  • ¼ cup butter (melted)
  • ¼ cup maple syrup (can substitute honey)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper.
  2. Mix oats and protein powder in a large bowl.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter and maple syrup.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  5. Spread half of the mixture into the prepared pan, pressing down firmly.
  6. Spread the cherry berry preserves evenly over the base layer.
  7. Top with the remaining oat mixture, gently pressing it down.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  9. Let cool completely before slicing into bars.
