Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and maple syrup until smooth.
Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Slowly add to wet ingredients.
Stir in oats, raisins, and dark chocolate chips until well combined.
Scoop tablespoon-sized portions onto the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
