Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos

Method
 

  1. Prepare the base: In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk and sugar until the sugar dissolves completely.
  2. Add the cream and vanilla: Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Churn the ice cream: Pour the chilled mixture into your ice cream maker and churn for 25 minutes.
  4. Mix in the Oreos: In the final 5 minutes of churning, gently fold in the crushed Oreos to distribute evenly.
  5. Freeze to firm. Transfer the churned ice cream to a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2-3 hours or until firm

Notes

Note: 
If you prefer soft ice cream, you can eat immediately after churning. Freeze leftovers.
