sirloin steak, thinly sliced

bell peppers (any color), sliced

low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions
Heat oil
in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sauté garlic
for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Cook the steak
: Add sliced steak and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
Add peppers:
Stir in bell peppers and cook for another 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
Finish with soy sauce:
Pour in soy sauce, stir well, and cook for 1 more minute.
Serve
