Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers (any color), sliced
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Method
 

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sauté garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Cook the steak: Add sliced steak and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until browned.
  4. Add peppers: Stir in bell peppers and cook for another 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
  5. Finish with soy sauce: Pour in soy sauce, stir well, and cook for 1 more minute.
  6. Serve: Enjoy as is or over brown rice or cauliflower rice!
