- Heat your oven to 400°F.
- Put the flatbread on a baking sheet. If you want a crispier bottom, preheat the pan.
- Spread a thin, even layer of sauce over the flatbread.
- Sprinkle mozzarella evenly on top.
- Add pepperoni slices.
- Lightly dust with garlic powder.
- Finish with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan.
- Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the edges are golden.
- Slice and eat while it’s hot.
