Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • whey protein powder, 30 grams protein
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup cold water
  • Ice, optional
