  • 1 cup pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)
  • 2 cups brown rice (cooked)
  • 1 tbsp avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp salt (optional)
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
