  • 1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

  1. Heat the Milk: In a small saucepan over medium heat, warm the milk until hot but not boiling, stirring occasionally. If using a microwave, heat the milk in a microwave-safe mug for about 1-2 minutes.
  2. Mix the Dry Ingredients: In a separate small bowl, whisk together the protein powder and cocoa powder. This helps prevent clumping when mixing with the milk.
  3. Combine with Milk: Slowly whisk the dry ingredients into the warm milk until fully dissolved and smooth. If using a blender, blend for 10-15 seconds for an extra creamy texture.
  4. Add Honey & Flavoring: Stir in honey and vanilla extract, if using. Mix well.
  5. Serve & Enjoy: Pour into a mug, top with a sprinkle of cocoa powder, cinnamon, or marshmallows if desired, and enjoy your warm, protein-packed hot chocolate!
