  • 1 cup raspberries frozen or fresh
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup cold water
  • few ice cubes (optional for thickness)

Method
 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender: Raspberries, Protein powder, Greek yogurt, and water.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and creamy
  3. Adjust consistency by adding more water if it's too thick .
  4. Serve immediately.
