Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp oat flour can use all purpose flour
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp caramel sauce (optional)
  • 2 tbsp caramel chips
  • pinch sea salt

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ramekin: Lightly grease the inside of the ramekin with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients: In the ramekin, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and a small pinch of salt.
  3. Add the wet ingredients: Stir in the milk, melted butter, vanilla extract, and caramel sauce (optional) until the batter is smooth and well combined.
  4. Add caramel chips: Fold in caramel chips for an extra caramel boost.
  5. Microwave: Microwave on high for 60-90 seconds. Start checking at 60 seconds to avoid overcooking. The cake is done when the top is set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Cool: Let the cake cool for 1-2 minutes.

  • Whipped Cream: Add a dollop of whipped cream for a creamy touch.
  • Chocolate Syrup: Sprinkle a little chocolate syrup for a salted caramel chocolate twist.
