- Slice the steak: Cut the flank steak thin against the grain. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, Worcestershire, honey, cornstarch, and broth. Set aside.
- Cook the steak: Heat 1 tablespoon avocado oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add the steak in a single layer. Cook 2 to 3 minutes per side until browned. Work in batches if needed. Remove and set aside.
- Cook the vegetables: Add the remaining tablespoon of avocado oil to the pan. Toss in the peppers and onion. Cook 4 to 5 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp.
- Finish it: Return the steak to the skillet. Pour in the sauce and stir. Cook 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats everything.
- Serve: Spoon over warm rice and serve right away.
