Ingredients
  

  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp Avocado oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Add sliced cucumbers to a medium bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, honey, avocado oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture over the cucumbers and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Chill for 10–15 minutes (or longer) to let the flavors develop.
  5. Serve cold.
