Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or Mexican blend)
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¾ tsp garlic powder
  • tsp black pepper
  • ¼ cup salsa (optional, for extra flavor)

Method
 

  1. Cook: macaroni according to package instructions; drain and return to the pot.
  2. In a small bowl: add all spices to make a taco seasoning
  3. Stir in milk, cheese, and taco seasoning
  4. Mix well over low heat until the cheese melts and the sauce is creamy.
  5. Add salsa if desired and mix again.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
