Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup mixed berries (raspberries, strawberries & blueberries) frozen
  • 1 banana (medium)
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder optional
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

Method
 

  1. Combine the mixed berries, banana, milk, and yogurt in a blender.
  2. Add 1 scoop of vanilla or plain protein powder
  3. Blend until smooth and serve immediately.

Notes

Note:
If using fresh berries instead of frozen, add 1/2 cup of ice.
