Ingredients
  

  • whey protein powder 30 grams
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup strawberries
  • cup blueberries
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ice (optional, for a colder smoothie)

Method
 

  1. Pour 1/2 cup of cold water into the blender.
  2. Add the plain Greek yogurt and 30 grams of whey protein powder.
  3. Add the kiwi, pineapple, strawberries, and blueberries.
  4. Add ice when using fresh fruit or when you want a colder, thicker smoothie.
  5. Blend on high for 45 to 60 seconds, or until completely smooth.
  6. Add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the smoothie reaches your preferred consistency.
  7. Taste and add honey, maple syrup, or lime juice if desired. Blend briefly and serve immediately.
