Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (30g)
  • 1 egg
  • ¾ cup milk of choice
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and salt.
  2. Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth. Let the batter rest for 2–3 minutes to thicken slightly.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease if needed.
  4. Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan for each pancake. Cook for 2–3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface.
  5. Flip and cook for another 1–2 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite toppings like fresh fruit, nut butter, or a drizzle of maple syrup.
