  • 2 cups seedless watermelon (chilled or frozen)
  • ½ banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla or unflavored whey protein (30g)
  • ½ tbsp lime juice
  • splash of cold water (as needed to blend)
  • handful of ice (if watermelon isn’t frozen)
