  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup milk fat free can substitute any milk
  • tsp salt
  • 1 tsp rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 tbsp pure maple syrup can substitute honey

Method
 

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare Ramekin: Lightly grease a single-serve ramekin with non-stick spray or butter.
  3. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a small bowl, mix the rolled oats, protein powder, baking powder, cinnamon (if using), and salt.
  4. Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the milk, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined. Gently fold in the sprinkles.
  6. Pour Into Ramekin: Spoon the batter into the prepared ramekin and spread it out evenly. Top with a few extra sprinkles for decoration.
  7. Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the top is set and slightly golden.
