  • ½ cup bread crumbs

  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, egg, ketchup, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined; overmixing can make the meatloaf dense.
