  • 1 scoop vanilla protein
  • 1 cup milk fat free substitute any milk
  • ¼ cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

  1. Preheat oven: Set the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease or line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.

  3. Mash bananas: In a separate bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  4. Combine wet ingredients: Add mashed bananas, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and honey/maple syrup (if using) to the dry ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  5. Add chocolate chips (optional): Fold in the chocolate chips, reserving a few to sprinkle on top if desired.
  6. Bake: Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the reserved chocolate chips on top.
