Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp milk (dairy or non-dairy) – adjust as needed
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. In a bowl, whisk together oat flour and protein powder.
  2. Stir in maple syrup, Greek yogurt, vanilla extract, and 2 tbsp of milk.
  3. Mix until a dough forms, adding the remaining 1 tbsp of milk if needed.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for a firmer texture!
