Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas (mashed)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
  2. Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the eggs and whisk together. Stir in the oats, protein powder, and baking powder until well combined.
  3. Add Extras (Optional): If using chocolate chips fold them into the batter.
  4. Fill the Muffin Tin: Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full
  5. Bake: Bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  6. Cool: Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

  • Customization: Use chocolate or unflavored protein powder instead of vanilla for variety.
  • Storage: Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or freeze for up to 3 months.
