Ingredients
  

  • 2 bananas (mashed)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the eggs and whisk together. Stir in the oats, protein powder, and baking powder until well combined.
  • Add Extras (Optional): If using chocolate chips fold them into the batter.
  • Fill the Muffin Tin: Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full
  • Bake: Bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
  • Cool: Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
