- 2 bananas (mashed)
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup oats
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup chocolate chips (optional)
Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease it.
Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth. Add the eggs and whisk together. Stir in the oats, protein powder, and baking powder until well combined.
Add Extras (Optional): If using chocolate chips fold them into the batter.
Fill the Muffin Tin: Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 3/4 full
Bake: Bake for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
Cool: Let the muffins cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
