Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ¾ cup whole milk (or milk alternative)
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp honey (can substitute maple syrup)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Blend the Base: In a blender, puree the strawberries until smooth. Add the whole milk, Greek yogurt, and whey protein powder to the blender and blend until smooth and well-combined.
  2. Combine with Chia Seeds: Pour the blended mixture into a bowl or jar (mason jars work the best) and stir in the chia seeds. Mix thoroughly to evenly distribute the seeds.
  3. Refrigerate: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Stir after 10-15 minutes of refrigeration to prevent clumping.
  4. Serve: Once the pudding has thickened, stir well and serve. Top with fresh strawberry slices, a dollop of Greek yogurt, or a sprinkle of granola for added texture.
