Sweet and Sour Pork Stir Fry
This easy pork stir fry is packed with colorful peppers, tender broccoli and cauliflower, all tossed in a tangy sweet and sour sauce. A quick, delicious weeknight meal the whole family will love!

- Prep Veggies & Pork: Wash and cut the vegetables. Thinly slice the pork into bite-sized strips.
- Cook Pork: Heat avocado oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir-fry for about 4–5 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside
- Cook Vegetables: In the same pan, add a touch more oil if needed. Add broccoli and cauliflower and cook for 2–3 minutes. Add peppers and stir-fry another 2–3 minutes until crisp-tender.
- Combine & Sauce: Return the pork to the pan. Pour in the sweet and sour sauce and toss everything to coat. Cook for another 2–3 minutes, until heated through and sauce thickens slightly.
- Serve: Serve hot over rice or noodles.
