Oreo Fudge
Ingredients
- 8 ounces Baker’s chocolate unsweetened or semi-sweet
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk 14 ounces
- ¼ cup unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch sea salt optional
- 1½ cups Oreos (any flavor)
Instructions
- Prepare the Pan: Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper or foil, leaving an overhang.
- Melt the Chocolate Base: In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the chopped Baker’s chocolate, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until the chocolate and butter are fully melted and smooth.
- Add Flavorings: Remove the saucepan from heat and mix in the vanilla extract, Oreos and a pinch of salt, if desired.
- Pour and Chill: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula. Garnish the top with a few Oreo cookies. Let it cool at room temperature for 10–15 minutes, then refrigerate for 2–3 hours until fully set.
- Cut and Serve: Once the fudge is firm, lift it out of the pan using the parchment overhang. Cut into 1 inch squares, serve, and enjoy!
