  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp caramel sauce (optional)
  • 2 tbsp caramel chips
  • pinch sea salt

  • Prepare the ramekin: Lightly grease the inside of the ramekin with butter or non-stick spray.
  • Mix the dry ingredients: In the ramekin, whisk together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and a small pinch of salt.
